The median list price in April for single family homes in Port Saint Lucie is $134,900. The list prices increased by 4.57% from the previous month.

The price per square foot for listings in this area is $58.

The median sale price in December for single family homes is $111,800. The sale prices increased by 6.47% from the previous month.
