In this market --- we all want to sell homes and sell homes fast!

What would help buyers decide that a home is just right for them? Yes get idea.  I read about this in the paper and thought it was great also.  I didn't see where Bob gave you any credit for it.  I should have known it was you behind it all.   So I want to know, did you buy the car?

Yes, we bought the car! For my daughter, actually.

And, I am glad to have the program...we can now notch a couple more sales due to it...and...as we all know atta girls are nice but sales are better!

Excellent Post.  I had posted something similar a month later.  I hadn't read yours or I would have contacted you about the copyright.  I honestly believe we are onto something here.  Can you share an update on how it's been working out for you?

Who's doing your staging consultations?  Mahwah is not exactly around the corner from me in Short Hills,but I go there for Toll Brothers, I'd be happy to help out.
