Advertising the Rome Way...Too Late!
Margaret, there was an agent around here that put a sort of sash draped over her For Sale signs that said "TOO LATE!" She stopped when people told her that they had a sort of visceral reaction to it. Maybe the sash was a little too in-your-face than your more subtle rider.
I love those too late signs. I'm going to have to get a few of those. It's easy to see why your listings are selling so quickly.
Margaret, That is setting yourself apart form the crowd. We have an agent that has been doing that for years and it is her thing now.
