Florida Blueberry Festival in Brooksville, May 4 and 5, 2013
The Second Annual Florida Blueberry Festival is taking place in Brooksville, Florida this coming weekend, May 4 and 5, 2013!
The festival will be held from 9 am to 10 pm on Saturday and from 9 am to 5 pm on Sunday downtown Brooksville.
Enjoy Blueberries and much more!
Fresh blueberries will be available for purchase as well as food items prepared with blueberries. But the blueberries are just one of the main attractions. From a Blueberry Derby, Blueberry Pie Contest, to ziplining, and more, there will be much to do for the entire family during the two day festival. There are kid's and teen zones to accommodate all ages.
For car enthusiasts, the festival is hosting a special car show and art lovers can enjoy a stroll through the artist's corner admiring the works of many artists from around the area. Maybe you will find that special piece for your home right here?
Live Entertainment throughout the Festival!
For music lovers, the Blueberry festival will be a delight. There are going to be several stages throughout the downtown Brooksville area as well as street entertainment by numerous bands and artists on both days. Enjoy a performance by country recording artist, Easton Corbin for a separate admission fee or enjoy the many other free performances by other local and regional entertainers.
But there is more! Dance performances, magic, mime, and comedy acts as well as live cooking and art demonstrations should keep everyone busy!
