Curb appeal is so important, Nick, and I'm not sure that most folks realize that. (sellers). It's our job to explain and you did a great job here.

Nick, Spring is the time of year everyone is doing some kind of landscaping.  We are having to redo some landscaping since the Derecho storm last June .

Great landscaping can make the difference in a buyers attitude before they even enter a home in Alabama or at the Jersey Shore!  Even if you're not selling your home, it's nice to come home to a blooming yard!

Thanks for the reminder Nick, I need to get out and mow my lawn.  We had snow a week ago and now the grass is 6 inches tall.
