Moments ago, I googled for a particular mortgage broker.  One of the search choices was an unfamiliar website that  contained the mortgage broker's name, so I clicked on it. Immediately, my firewall alerted me that the site was infected with a trojan. 

Please set your protection accordingly and remember to run up-to-date anti-virus regulary.

Whether you are a real estate professional or a real estate consumers shopping online for homes, always make an effort to be safe when searching!

You can never be too careful.  Trojan's can cause havoc on a computer.  I got a virus about 5 years ago and what a nightmare that was.
