Lenn. looks like an attractive area.I did actually drove by and stayed there 1/2 day.I suppose many who work in DC live in Montgomery County, MARYLAND..and its quite practical to take the Metro to DC. The prices are not a given, quite similar to Naples South West Florida.I wonder if you had a readjustments of asking prices there also.
