Traveling south on Route 9 and veering right onto Symmes Road you will find the Manalapan Green sub-division by turning right onto Belle Terre Drive. The development includes detached single family homes located on the following tree-lined streets:

- Cherry Hill Lane
- Lincoln Shire Drive
- Monterey Lane
- Newport Drive
- Plymouth Lane
In 2007 the average single family home in Manalapan Green sold for $482,000. The neighborhood is a blend of Ranchs, Expanded Ranchs and Colonials. Most homes were built in the 70's by my estimate.
