Sellers are also more and more aware that a pre approved buyer is a serious buyer, which is why one of the first questions most realtors will ask is have you been pre approved??
Such a simple question yet such an important one! Unless you're buying with all cash, securing financing is one of the most important steps to purchasing a home, turning any buyer into a READY, WILLING and ABLE buyer. Those are the best kinds!!
The pre approval process is a quick and painless process. Can be done over the phone (usually a 10minute conversation) or in person with a lender of your choice. (ask me for a list of our preferred lendors too!)
Armed with a pre approval letter in hand and a great buyers specialist (like myself!), homeownership is closer than you think!!
