This event sounds like a lot of fun with contests such as Best Hat contest for women and Best Southern Fashion for men. There will be a Southern-food menu and mint juleps will be served in keepsake copper cups. While this event is not free, $40.00 per person, it sounds like a good time. So, put on your best Southern fashion and head on down to enjoy the South right here in Phoenix.
