A blog post about nothing

It's a beautiful Sunday morning, I've got a group of friends on their way over to my house for brunch, and life is good.  Spring in Missoula has been cold and snowy up until this weekend when we've finally had some warm weather and clear skies.

This weekend as an alumnus member of the local Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity we inducted a new member to our alumni ranks through a process known as the Renaissance of Brotherhood passage.  He wasn't an undergrad like the rest of us but he was a close friend at the time and has continued to be an advisor and role model to the chapter.  This process allowed him to become a fellow brother among our ranks.  It was a great weekend for it.

It's been real nice to just unplug (for the most part) and take the weekend to have fun with my friends and my family.  It's been a spring full of busy work, late nights, and no weekends off.  We've had great sales come together and we've epic sales flame out.  Volume is up, the market is strong, and buyer/seller confidence in our area is at a 5-6 year high.  It's a great time to be an experienced agent in this market and to have wonderful clients to work with.  It's also great to just disconnect and not think about sales for 48 hours.  Something I need to do with a little more frequency is just take time for family and friends.

I hope you've all had a great weekend so far!

I read the blog because of the title, but your blog was not about nothing.  That sounds like bad grammar, but it isn't.  Anyway, is was a nice blog about "chinnin'.
