First-Quarter Home Prices in Metro Detroit Skyrocket in 2013!

Home prices in the Metro Detroit area INCREASED about 29% from the first quarter of 2012 to the same time 2013!

Median home prices in Livingston County went from $143,000 in 2012 to $155,817 in 2013. An increase of 9%.

Median home prices in Oakland County went from $104,033 in 2012 to $138,923 in 2013. An increase of 34%.

Median home prices in Macomb County went from $68,300 in 2012 to $81,250 in 2013. An increase of 19%.

Median home prices in Wayne County went from $33,517 in 2012 to $46,000 in 2013. An increase of 37%.

The low median prices in Wayne County include the city of Detroit.
