This quarter has seen a slow decline in the overall number of active listings in Bonaire GA 31005, making buyers anxious as new inventory is slow to materialize.  Currently, there are just over 4 months worth of inventory available, making Bonaire GA a sellers market. 

April saw another decrease in the number of foreclosures hitting the market (down 33%) from March.  As a reminder, foreclosures are lender owned properties.  Short sales remained the same with 1 new property entering the market this past month.  Short sales are homeowner owned properties where they are attempting to sell for less than is owed (with lender approval). 

With inventory dropping, prospective sellers should be lining up to enter this market as buyers are ready to see fresh homes, making it an excellent opportunity to get your home listed and sold quickly.
