What's grey and white and all over NW Ohio?

Toledo, Ohio

Now that you have put your thinking cap on the answer should appear quite quickly.

What is it, you say?  It's a snow sky, of course.

We have had days and days of rain/snow mix and now we have had two days of snow and snow showers.  The lawns are white again with the insulation that Mother Nature provides to us at this time of year.

I "skipped school" for a couple of hours today to just drive around and appreciate the cleanliness of it all.  That inner peace that comes from the soft nature of the snow.  I took a few photos and wanted to share them.  They are in no particular order, have no particular story to tell, but I happen to think they are pretty.

So, without further ado, ENJOY!

Where does this lead?  Wait until spring to find out!

Too cold to sit and watch the world go by.  Think I'll

come back in a couple months!

Carol....It looks lovely...in pictures :)  We haven't had much at all this year and I'm really hoping it stays that way.  You can enjoy it for all of us!

Cynthia:  We haven't had a lot at any one time, but we have had several rounds of 1 - 2".  That's better than a blizzard!

Carole:  I love the snow.  It always makes things look so fresh and clean.  It has a way of refreshing my outlook on life.  LOL

Carol...sorry can't go along with you on this one LOL...we're getting more this weekend. Some kind of February record and it's only the 8th. It's only a matter of time before I get creamed coming out of my drive. I'm tired of sanding the walkways of an empty listing. I'm tired of boots, wet floors, oil bills and cold.

I'M SICK OF SNOW

Hi Carol:  Once again your skill has captured the beauty of nature.  Such gorgeous scenes... so peaceful.  Thank you so much for sharing.  Such a nice view for me to see just before bedtime.  Take care...

Carol, beautiful photo's, we haven't seen much of the white stuff here this winter. We have some lovely brown leaves swirling around in the high winds today, it's actually pretty to watch.

Snow does make everything so pretty doesn't? We have a little in So. Colorado too.

Karen Anne:  Thank YOU!  If you ever get 'homesick' you can always give me a call and I can let you hear my teeth chatter! LOL

Cheryl:  Thanks!  Hot cocoa sounds good!  Haven't even made any yet this winter!  I must get around to it.

Debbie:  We have our share of brown leaves blowing around - but this year we are getting enough small showers to keep them hidden.  :)

Dena:  I would imagine you get your share!  :)  And it does make things look so peaceful and new.
