Assembly Bill 1360 Needs California HOA Member Support

California HOA member support is needed to secure the passage of Assembly Bill 1360.  This bill allows HOA members to vote electronically and secretly.  It preserves the "secret ballot" which will result in more accurate voting tabulation.

Electronic voting has increased voter participation in 25 other states.

The bill, with the 7 votes it needed, passed the Housing Committe last week.

All 80 Assembly members will be voting on Thursday morning, May 9, 2013.

A huge grass roots campaign is mounted by opponents to the bill.
