CBV Cares is a non-profit organization dedicated to giving back to our Community. It belongs to the Fleming Island office of Coldwell Banker Vanguard, located at 3168 U. S. Highway 17 S, Fleming Island FL 32003.
Our first fund-raising event is being held Saturday, May 18, 2013, from 7 AM - 1 PM in the parking lot of our office on Highway 17.
All proceeds from the Yard Sale will go to support local charities. The items for the sale have been donated by the agents and friends of agents in the Fleming Island Office. The agents and staff of the Coldwell Banker Vanguard Fleming Island Office thank you in advance for your support of our first fund raiser yard sale. We are very excited to host this event, and even more excited about having the funds it will generate to help worthwhile charities in our very own Clay County.
There will be coffee and doughnuts for sale, donated by one of our very loyal vendors. Rumor has it that there might be a bake sale and hot dogs as well!
Coldwell Banker Vanguard agents have been putting all kinds of things in their garages and spare rooms for months in anticipation of this event, so there is just no telling what you might find! There will be everything from electronics to decorator items to toys to just plain fun stuff! There may be some furniture also. Who knows? That's what makes a Yard Sale so much fun - you never know what you are going to find!
There will be parking in the parking lot and the overflow gravel lot. Come early to find the best deals!
DIRECTIONS: From I-295, South on Highway 17. Cross the Bridge onto Fleming Island and we are on the right hand side just after the Marina and before the Gate Gas Station.
