Buyers, Stagers, Everybody can use this cool tool!
I have to give Pinterest the credit here as they send me a highlight email every week and this is where I noticed this 'cool tool'. I jumped on the 
room planner and gave it a whirl and it is sooooo easy a monkey could do it (like me!).
Urban Barn has a room planning tool that they use obviously to sell furniture but it's fresh and innovative too. Actually let's you visualize what the furniture will look like in your room with different planner aids of actual furniture. As soon as I saw this it was a 'eureka' moment.
We've all had visually challenged buyers right? So for grins, I did a bedroom furniture plan to see how easy it was to do. Took all of 5 minutes! Wish moving an armoire was as easy as pushing my mouse!
