No economic data will be released today, although it has been a volatile morning for Mortgage Backed Security movements.  Prices are roughly 0.125 beter than yesterday's closing.

This daily mortgage interest rate report is designed to provide Borrowers & Real Estate Profesionals with factual data regarding where rates are at any given time and what trends are propelling current mortgage pricing on any given day. No news this morning and we have a quiet news week. I am looking for flat trading through most of the week. Sideways is healthy at this time and will enable us to wind up for the next move up in prices. Watch 103.90, a break below that will be bearish.

Also..lets pay attention to the 10 year auction later today. Without any other news to focus on...it could become a factor.
