Hidden Gems in The Rain from Ann Arbor, MI

Lola from Grand Rapids Lola Audu, tagged me for Melissa Grants challenge for Activerain Hidden Gems in the Rain. Lola wrote on people in Michigan and I thought it was a great idea to focus on Hidden Gems from Ann Arbor, MI.

Let me introduce to you Karen Moorhead. Karen is a Realtor at Keller Williams in Ann Arbor, who I first met blogging on Activerain. The first time I met Karen when I was touring the Keller Williams office, we gave each other a big hug. Yea, that’s what Activerain does for you, instant connection. Kase I had actually meet Karen’s husband Kase, before I knew Karen was his wife. Kase also blogs on Activerain and he is a technology guru. He provides you with business-aligned technical consulting to ensure you make the right technology choices. Get to know Kase from his post on The Power of the Blog.

Vance Shutes, REO I recently tagged Vance Shutes here on the meme. Vance just started blogging on Activerain and is from Ann Arbor, well actually he lives in Saline… like me.

Vance is a wonderful, ethical Realtor in Ann Arbor. Past president of the Ann Arbor Board of Realtors, we have known each other for years and I have the utmost respect for him. One day we were talking and I told him he should blog on Activerain.

He said, well, I do belong, but I just lurk. So I encouraged him to write and get to know people here. So he did.

He called me after one of his first posts, “Missy, I got 2 comments on my blog!”

Let’s help Vance get more than two comments. Get to know Vance at his post Don’t Buy A House?

Susan Walters, KW Realtor Finally, I want to introduce Susan Walters. Susan is a great blogger of the style of Sarah Cooper, she writes whatever is on her mind and rambles and I love it! Get to know Susan on her post, Doyou Mind if I take this call? It was featured, yea Susan. Susan is also a co-worker with me at Keller Williams in Ann Arbor.

So there you have it, my Ann Arbor friends and co-bloggers from Ann Arbor. What a great way to get to know people. Thanks to Melissa Grant for starting this viral way of getting to know Hidden Gems. With our community growing is takes a long time to get noticed, so I think this is a fantastic idea.
