The Vinoy Place condos consist of 102 units - 4 towers that are 13 stories each, and a handful of townhomes to the south of the towers. Most of the luxury condos in downtown St Pete are along Beach Drive, looking out over the parks to Tampa Bay. Vinoy Place, just around the corner on Fifth Avenue, has the luxury of looking at the skykline of downtown St Pete as well as out into Tampa Bay. The units are also known for their large, wrap around balconies. They were built in two stages, completed in 2001 and 2002.
Vinoy Place condos had 6 sales in 2007, a turnover of approximately 6%. Prices ranged from $795,000 to $1,825,000. The average price was $918,317 and the price per square foot ranged from $334/sf to $503/sf, with an average of $393/sf.
There are currently 11 active listings in Vinoy Place, ranging from $749,900 to $2,799,000. Two units are under contract, one listed at $1,295,000 and the other at $1,695,000. Two condominium residences in Vinoy Place are currently offered for annual lease, one at $5,000 per month and the other at $5,200 per month.
