Internet presence is key, it is 2013 after all. And being the expert in your area is a status to be desired. There are many ways to go about this, lots of innovative ideas to get the word out. Of course you have your blogs, Facebook page and Twitter account but what about Print Campaigns?
When an interesting, eye-catching piece of mail makes it into my hand, I secretly give props to the creative team or person who had the idea and execution. There's nothing sexier than a magazine ad with a clear call to action and purpose that hits home and tugs at my desire to contact such a restaurant or business.
Professionals that haven't used it may gain new insight, ideas or have an aha moment....and that my friends is what the 'Rain is all about. Share your story of triumph or demise with us. Let us learn from one another. ARU provides training on ranking in the search engines, we even provide training on Facebook and Twitter to make sure you're using those outlets most effectively. But when it comes to Print, we're curious on best tactics and your past and current experiences.
Write a post about your experience with Print Campaigns. If you have used it or continue to use it, why? What are your successful farming techniques? What is your success story using print marketing? How do you differentiate yourself from other agents in your area using print? What are the tips others can benefit from? Do you combine direct mail with online marketing somehow? What kinds of materials are best to use (postcards, flyers, newsletters, door hangers)? If you haven't used print campaigns before but you were given $300/mo to use on it, how would you best put that money to use?
