Raccoon Saloon Marlboro NY

In Marlboro NY, about ten minutes from my house is a lovely restaurant that has been around forever. The restaurant is situated on a hill that overlooks not only this beautiful waterfall, but clear across the Hudson River. Rain kep us from getting any good shots of the river, but this was taken from our table straight down. No hiking involved. Amazing views and a great veggie burger too. 

Raccoon Saloon - A Restaurant with a View in Marlboro NY

The historical building that is the restaurant was originally built in the 1800's. From what I'm told a raccoon family frequented the area and the Raccoon Saloon was born.
