Here is a video from Inman TV. It is about the AAR (Arizona Association of REALTORS®) and their decision to begin using SURECLOSE. SURECLOSE is a paperless Transaction Management system that allows REALTORS® in Arizona and their clients across the globe to follow the progress of their transactions electronically. Over 54,000 REALTORS® in Arizona will be trained to use the new system in the months and years ahead.

I am glad to see that the AAR will be one of the first State Associations to begin using the paperless transaction system. This will reduce the amount of paper we use and the amount of trees that will be cut down. Call me a tree hugger, but the Earth's Ecosystem could use some help.

Let me know your thoughts. And feel free to watch the video below.

This is quite interesting. Our contracts have gone from 10-26+ pages with addendums added every year.  Someone needed to come up with this.  Keep us posted on how it goes. (bwoc)

Endea: I think it is going to benefit all of us who practice real estate in Arizona. For example, no longer will I have to go to the office to get Listing Packets, Sales Packets, etc..... While I could have gotten most of the forms from ZIP FORM, our company still includes its own addendum's that we must use on top of all the other forms. With the SURECLOSE system our brokerages would be able to add their own forms/addendums. Which will result in less gas used, time wasted, and we would gain the mobility to send the forms electronically from just about anywhere.

Thanks for your comment.

This can be wildly successful for Arizona.  If used correctly, SureClose can provide greater accessibility for the agents, greater compliance for the Brokers, and greater communication for everyone involved.  As Travis said, this is the first time something of this magnitude has been attempted.  It will take the efforts and patience of all involved to make it work, but the benefits will be great.

Beth: I believe it will save us a lot of time from having to run around and/or call around to different parties involved in a Real Estate Transaction. Thanks for your comment.

Ulises: If you are interested in a meaningful demo to let you know what to expect, let me know.  It is nice to see your enthusiasm.  Also, if you have a need for a virtual assistant or know any Realtors that are looking for a VA that has SureClose experience, I know of a good one in Anthem, AZ.

Beth: I wish I had time right now for a demo. If I do get time, I will let you know. As for a VA, I cannot afford one at the moment, but if I hear of someone who does, I will send them your way.
