A quick check of the 30 year interest rates this morning is a very low 3.417%. Yes, that's under 4% for a 30 year real estate loan!
The low interest rates coupled with a lower than normal inventory, lower means approx a 2 months supply of homes vs the normal 6+ months, have caused the prices to go up and bidding wars on homes continue to be expected and any home within the market value levels we are seeing today.
