Active Rain has been such a great networking tool and a fabulous place to meet some GREAT PEOPLE. I am really glad I joined 6 years ago.

A couple years ago I met Bob Miller , Bob became a client and since then, We have helped him with a few files. Thanks Bob for all your support! Bob has some great posts, the Miller/Ruiz team are truly 1st class KW team in Ocala!!

Recently we helped Nathan Tutas with a couple files. his client Louise in the UK is a wonderful lady and I enjoy speaking with her and insuring her properties here in the US. Semper Fi Nate! We also have done some work for Barbara-Jo My Palm Harbor Ambassador. She has been such a joy to work with and has some wonderful clients and she really knows how to take care of her clients. I have missed her at her last couple AR meet ups. I am looking forward to meeting Barbara-Jo soon.

I met Sylvia Duke Last week at her WCR meeting/Golf event in Spring hill FL. she is such a wonderful person and I really enjoyed meeting her. One of my newest AR friends Beth Atalay, Although we have not met yet and only spoken on the phone, we also helped one of her buyer in Lake county. Beth has a great office in Downtown Clermont Florida, she is top notch Broker in a great market.

I have work with many others over the years and see them here on AR. I'd like to give a few shouts out to Midori Miller is a fantastic trainer and a legend in Daytona for her Training. and to Phil Hanner at Keller Williams in Daytona who has been a great client over the years. he & Lucy have referred some great people over to us.
