I wonder why average list price was lower in April? Possibly a few really high end properties were on the market in March raising the stats. Good report!

Joan: Thanks for your comment and question.  My crystal Ball says we need to break out of the Seller's Market that we are in.  We need more inventory at every price point.

Hi Toni: Thanks for your comments.  You are correct with the list price analysis.  Fairview Park, OH has a wide range of homes at different price points.
