Earlier this week, I got a call from a super sweet customer. She found my blog on Active Rain and said she really wanted to work with me because she loved the way I wrote and she loved the way that I responded to all of the comments. She said it showed how much I cared about the customer.
I was so honored, and then I asked what she typed into google, and she couldn't remember. I then asked which article she read, and she said "all of them..well maybe just a lot of them." She was interested in a vinyl floor and backsplash, so off I went to meet with her in person. She was just as sweet in person (and I love her voice).
She asked me if I wanted some coffee, and I said "no thanks" since I just had some and I might go to Starbucks later. I was surprised when she said, "Oh yes, I heard you hang out in the Briarcliff Starbucks." I was amazed at how well she knew me. Later, she showed me several posts that she reads, and it was really cool.
Now, I just hope I can find the right solutions for her. I'm crossing my fingers as I do not want to disappoint this super sweet customer.
