A review of your internet inquiry's
Today is when I sit down and plan out my project for the week, that would help further promote my business. I began thinking about my Internet leads. As this is where approximately 1/3 of my business is generated. I believe I have a good return. This could be an overlooked opportunity. On my walk to work I realized that the number of listing opportunities for Sue J (Listing Agent, for our Team) had started to decrease. I came in the office and she was doing some statistics. I mentioned that I thought the inventory was becoming somewhat stagnant, and that we may be seeing a change in our market. Believe it or not, SUE J(my Team Leader, and AR) reviewed local sales, and found that there was just about a 1% increase in average sale price and a dwindling inventory of a little greater than 15%. So... back to my internet inquiry's, I believe I have a good return, yet, 2/3 of the customers are still out there to be converted to CLIENTS! An overlooked opportunity. I will review these contacts, and send a general e-mail about our current local market. I guess NOW is the time to let my Clients and Customers know that it could be time to get on the swing, while they can still hop on!
