Maryann,

I used to have a great listing presentation. I do not use one now. I pre-sale myself to the point that when I arrive it is just filling out the forms.

If you are looking for a great presentation then I would reccomend that you look up www.mikeferry.com  as anyone will tell you , he is the best there is. His presentations are top notch both the short and the long one.

Maryann..there are several companies/coaches that will provide detailed listing info. I would suggest that you type in LISTING PRESENTATION in the search box and see what you get. There have been many posts on this.

The #1 is "do they like you" and #2 "what are they getting for their money"  - Conversation, listening to them.  You can do this, your appearance must match your words.  Compassion in a tough time is key.  Don't come across as you know more than your client, because information is available to all of us.  Convince them that you can and will do what you say, and present results for them.  Because what might have worked for someone else may not work for them.  Hope to hear great things for you in 2008.  Lu
