Deerfield Beach Florida Real Estate Market Report - March 2013

The Deerfield Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell. In my opinion, the market has turned from a buyer's market into a seller's market. The total number of closed sales in Deerfield Beach was up this month over last. However, the total prices of closed sales across the board showed a mixed bag. It broke down as follows: Closed sales of single family homes rose while attached homes fell this mornth over last. Inventory continues to remain low.

As of March 31, 2013 there were 44 Active Listings for sale in Deerfield Beach. There were 73 properties that were Contingent, meaning they were waiting for a contingency in their contracts to be met, and 140 properties that were Pending Sale waiting to close.
