You only get one first impressions once you list your home

Once you decide to sell your home, you only get one first impression to hit the market. When it hits the MLS, your home should be looking sharp and pristine, something that buyers would like to see. Typically, home sellers have the most activity on their home in the first month it is on the market.

I can your home make the right impression. When I go through your home, I will make any suggestions to help your home appeal to the most buyers (such as moving furniture, decorative items, photos, etc) to make your appeal to your target buyer.

My job is get to control the first impressions.  I am very fussy about the photographs I take and use. If I am not satisfied, I will go back and take replacements. I will not begin to market your home until  I feel the photos and ad copy are perfect. As soon as possible, your property will be entered completely onto the major websites, such as Realtor.Com, Trulia.Com, Zillow and more. I want the house to look and show it's best so it can be advertised & market appropriately.

We work as a partnership to get your house sold. The home should be ready to be shown once it’s hits the market.  This is your job. These includes items off the counters, arrangements for kids & pets in plan, items put away, appropriate landscaping for the season, and everything is clean & tidy. That is your job, to make the most have a good impression.

If the home is not ready in my opinion to hit the market, I would recommend holding off until the house is ready. If you insist on listing the house before everything is done, that is your decision. However, it is tough to create the initial buzz and interest in your property is the marketing and photography do not show the home in the most favorable manner. We can change photos as the time goes along, but it can be tough to promote the changes of the photos if they get changed. I'd rather market your correctly from the beginning, so it can be sold quickly!

I agree that you only get ONE chance to make a FIRST impression.  It's very important that the home look attractive to potential buyers so the home has to be ready the momemnt marketing starts.  You comment that you are particular with the photos you take.  Why wouldn't you just use a professional real estate photographer?  This will insure great results without the necessity to invest the time or money in getting it right or even having to go back to get the photos right.
