For 30 minutes every Sunday morning from 5:30 to 6:00 on WPHT 1210 am.  Vince and I look forward to sharing with you some of the issues we see every day.

Face it. If we believed everything we heard or read none of us would never even think of buying a home again. The news has been nothing but negative about real estate across the country.  The next 30 minutes is our opportunity to dispel the myths associated with the real estate landscape in your local area.  Within every marketplace there are obstacles and solutions on the path to tremendous opportunities. Vince and I believe that most people are looking for practical advice. Please feel free to call 215-740-8999.

The Real Estate News this week has been very limited. The best news of the week was from David Tepper the Hedge Fund manager stating that not only was the stock market poised to go up but he felt that the quantitative easing was helping pay the deficit lower. His attitude was to let the securities that the FED was buying wait until maturity. That would relieve the pain of unwinding those instruments and not flood the market with too much at one time and thus in turn adversely affect the value. While the CBO agrees with that hypothesis for the moment we still need to keep our eye on the proverbial ball. Finally Home Appraisals are no longer holding the housing market back. Apparently in some harder hit markets where the values have been increasing significantly recent appraisals have been coming in above the sale price. Maybe Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac could learn from all of this that we should not tell the appraiser the sale price and let them provide an unbiased value. Just a thought.

Today Vince and I are Today Vince and I are joined by George N. Luciani, President of Capital Planning Advisory Group.
