The following is a list of categories that I use for myself and make available for agents in my market center that want to enhance or start their Center of Influence Database.  These are people that they know and feel"warm" contacting by mail, phone call or "pop by".  From new agents to announce they are a Realtor or for a Veteran Agent to make sure they are capturing as many "Who I Know's"

So many realtors do not use the 5 foot rule very well.  Anybody within 5 ft should have your card.  If you talk to them at a party or anywhere for more than 5 minutes they better be on your mailing list.
