Nothing goes better with chocolate than more chocolate. However, Real Estate and Chocolate go together very naturally and deliciously. One of my favorite parts of the job is the visit to our local Title Company. They have a beautiful office and in it they keep chocolate. Chocolate coffee, chocolate candy and mint chocolate sticks.
Nothing makes a closing go smoother than chocolate!
HERE ARE SOME WAYS TO PAIR CHOCOLATE WITH REAL ESTATE:
1.Place small chocolate kisses in a candy dish in the kitchen of your listings
2. At the end of a day of showing your buyers homes in the area give them some chocolate chip cookies to take with them as they go back to make a decision on which home they will purchase.
3. A Jar of Hot coco Mix is a nice gift to a client who is leasing especially in the winter time.
4. Include Chocolate as a gift for all your clients at closing.
Now there are people who do not like chocolate:(I call them uninformed voters.) In that case you can substitute white chocolate or something of your choice.
