The Temecula short sale agents at Realty Works closed another Bank of America short sale today.This Temecula short sale got to the finish line four times before it finally closed. The short sale gremlins kept popping up.
Gremlin number one the sellers HOA wanted a large amount of $$$ to release its lien. Bank of America would not pay the HOA.
Gremlin number two the state of CA had filed a lien on this property. Bank of America would not pay this lien.
Gremlin number three the dreaded IRS also had attached a lien to this Temecula home. Bank of America would not pay the IRS.
Perseverance pays. We killed all the Gremlins and closed escrow today. Another Temecula home saved from foreclosure.
The fourth gremlin was the sale date.
