My market is strong again...

Now that the holidays are done and fully put to bed, the buyers and sellers are out and about again. The media can not effect this market. I have listed 4 new homes within the last 10 days and have several quality (and serious) buyers. It is a good feeling to be busy again.

I am seeing the same thing. I think that the media has made it look so bad for so long that people lost interest in the story.

Our market here in New York is strong now. I've been busy night and day and I will just keep going. It's about time!

Things are picking up in Grand Rapids, MI, too. But I think it would be easier to write for the news. Britney one day. Then Foreclosures the next day. Repeat until you barf.

I have seen a pick up also, but you will not hear it in the news. It will be doom and gloom until november.

Thank God the doom and gloom ended in November when we turned off the news!
