Late Night at Kauai Dreams Realty

Two years ago I got a call on a Sunday afternoon. I just pulled up to the beach when my phone rang. The caller had a number of questions on my listing and I asked my number 1 question "Are you working with another Realtor?" Yes they were. I politely told them that they should be asking their Realtor these questions. Their response was their Realtor never answers his phone. "it takes 3 days for him to return our calls" I took the time to answer their questions as I watched the surf from my car. At the end I told them they should find themselves a Realtor who answers their phone. They did put an offer in on my listing but did not get it as there were multiple offers. (Oh and I caught some great waves after the call)

6 months later they called me. "Julie were ready for a new Realtor" I sold them a house. I answer my phone. I return emails right away.  My brokers, agents, staff and me always put our clients first. Below is a pic of agent Kela Caspillo and our part time tech guy working late night at Kauai Dreams Realty. Kela is working on writing an offer and is meeting clients that evening. I was also printing out an offer, and another Kauai Dreams Realty agent LeeAnn Uno also came in that night to pick up an offer on the fax.

Julie,

I'm like you, I answer my phone and emails.  It is really important especially in today's market when things are selling so fast. Loyalty is a funny thing.  Some people will not think twice about talking to another agent when you have been working with them and others who stay with an agent who is not taking care of them. I work hard for people and just ask for their loyalty in return.
