If you have driven along Jimmy Deloach Parkway in the past couple of months, I am sure you have seen all the new construction going up. But looks can sometime be deceiving. Starting on Jimmy Deloach from Highway 80/26 west, the first subdivsion you will run into is the Hunt Club on your right. This community has almost completed phase one. The development is being built by Beazer and is all single family homes. They are offering two series in the community, the Cooper Series and the American Dream series. With the Cooper series you hve more options and that is reflected in the price. The American Dream series gives you more space with few options. The prices are starting in the 130's and continue up. They are planning to build a little over 500 homes. They will be building fewer of the American Dream series. So if you are interested in getting a lot of space for the money, you need to act fast.
