Plan of Action for Improving My Video Blogging
Jerry Newman has recognized that video marketing is what the public is looking for. He has a plan of attack so to speak that will get the word out about his market and the places of interest. I like to do video and find it fun and a real change of pace for me too. Sellers like it and buyers get to know me.

Plan of Action for Improving my Video Blogging
Having recently attended the Texas Association of REALTORS Conference in San Antonio, and listening at the Technology Forum to Kenn Renner, who happens to have the No. 1 watched video channel on YouTube with over 10 million views, I am completely convinced that as a real estate professional that I need to start producing more videos for my blogging and my websites. With only 12 percent of real estate professionals across the country with a real video presence, it just makes good business sense to add this valuable resource to my marketing plans and strategies.Therefore, my plan of action is to concentrate primarily on the Northwest side of San Antonio, and to continue to blog about all the neighborhoods and communities in that area. Since the Northwest is a fast growing area, there are many areas of interest to the general public. My mission will be to visit as many subdivisions in the Northwest, and shot videos and take photos of the homes, and neighborhood amenities. Some of the subdivisions that I will visit are Fossil Springs, Sonoma Ranch, Alamo Ranch, Wildhorse, Braun Station, Trophy Ridge, Redbird Ranch, Hunterschase, Parkwood, Rivermist, Cedar Springs, Bridgewood, Monticello Ranch, just to name a few. But the goal will be to gather facts and information on both new, and older subdivisions in San Antonio’s Northwest.
Next, there are many parks in the city’s Northwest for recreational activities, and my plan is to visit at least one every week, and take photos and shot videos of each one. I will most likely start with Bamburger Park, since it is the closest to my home. I will also look for new businesses, and shopping retail areas too. Providing information about the local retailers, schools, and restaurants will also be a part of my plan.
