After joining one of janeanne's contests, I learned something about a HUD mortgage program that you really don't know or hear about. I should add this to my arsenal of mortgage programs. John - I earned my EcoBroker a year ago - it's amazing how many places we're now reading about it. So many types and styles of buildings are Green, it would be nice to do a feature on the variety.
