The Neighborhood of Lowry in Denver is conveniently located off Alameda and Quebec east of downtown Denver. Lowry was the location of the Parade of Homes in 1998, and has been a popular neighborhood ever since this event. Being located 7 minutes to Cherry Creek and 12 minutes to downtown Denver and a high walk score has been important to buyers.
