Here is the good and the bad about the Sampson Altadena Condos in Salt Lake City
The Good:
Architecturally, I think that this building is universally liked. And, It won’t go out of fashion since it is a classic style. The inside has exposed brick, beautiful balconies, high ceilings, and nice woodwork. The HOA is relatively low, considering that it covers several of your utilities for you. The location is also good as you are right in the heart of downtown SLC.
The Bad:
The Sampson Altadena Condos are low on amenities. If you are looking for a condo that gives you a hot tub, racquetball, or a private croquet field, this is not the place for you. The area is a plus and a minus. It is convenient, but it is also a higher-than-average-crime area and there is no secure parking garage. Also, there are no laundry hookups in the units.
