Meadow Lake is a neighborhood in the center of Arvada, Colorado. Homes in this neighborhood range in size from 1,192-2,814 square feet, 3-5 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms and in price from $173,900-$330,000.    Meadow Lake homes have traditional architecture, and are ranch, 2 story, or tri-level in style, and were built during the 1960s and 1970s.

 

Meadow Lake is in the Jefferson County Public School District and specific public schools for the area are Vanderhoof Elementary, Drake Middle School and Arvada West High School.

 

The Meadow Lake neighborhood is located in close proximity to I-70 which provides easy access to down town Denver, and Golden.  The neighborhood is also just a short drive away from Highway 93 allowing easy access to Boulder.

 

 The neighborhood is surrounded by local businesses including veterinary clinics, day cares, gyms, boutique shops and a wide variety of restaurants. There are also several grocery and clothing stores in the area.

 

There are plenty of recreational activates to keep busy with close to home as well.  Meadow Lake and Park, where the neighborhood got its name, sits in the middle of the neighborhood spanning several blocks in every direction.  A few blocks away there is also Wyndham Park.  Both parks connect to each other through a walking trail which leads to Jefferson County Open Space and runs parallel to charming stream.

The Apex Recreation Center is only a few miles away from the Meadow Lake neighborhood.  The Apex Center has multiple swimming pools, several basketball courts, 2 ice skating rinks, a climbing wall, full gym equipment, child care, a brand new skate park and every type of drop in exercise class imaginable.
