Ladner is an amazing place. Although it's cold today the first signs of Spring are showing. At about 5:30 pm every day, the bald eagles gather at the foot of Ferry Road and Admiral Way, about 8-12 of them sitting on high branches of the trees in the nature reserve. They are loud and chatty as if they are having a conversation about their day! There are wild hares everywhere. Unfortunately they are often the food for the eagles. I am always so happy that I live in a place that has fresh air, clean water, lots of wildlife, nice people, a quaint historical village with a barber shop wit a red and white pole outside and next door, Sara's Ice Cream. There is some gorgeous real estate available and I think it is one of BC's best kept secrets! Happy Spring!

Hi Margaret, I'm inviting you to join an active|rain group of your fellow Canadian REALTORS® , the Canada, eh group - http://activerain.com/groups/Canada.
And please include any of your posts with a Canadian angle by also posting them to the group.
(no properties for sale please, listings should be posted to Localism.com)
When I login to ActiveRain.com I always check the Canada, eh group first to read the Canadian posts because Canadian bloggers are so much easier to find on the group home page. I'm looking forward to reading your posts there.
Also, one of our Canadian members wrote an informative post on how to get started her on active|rain - http://activerain.com/blogsview/174164/A-Post-For-Tim
And if you decide to join - Welcome!
Hi Larry, I would love to join Canada Eh but I can't figure out how to do this. It is not clear on the link you sent me. Thanks! Margaret
