Hi again everyone,
Today I had the pleasure of attending the broker event out at Anchors Bend – a great new water-access community here in Wilmington put on by ForeverHome to show off the new models available in the neighborhood. The event was deliciously catered by K-38 Baja Grill, there was live music, and boat tours provided of the marina and surrounding areas of the ICWW (thanks again, Blake!).

I really enjoyed both of the models I was able to tour – very family friendly, with spacious bedrooms, lots of storage space, and 2-car garages. Ownership in the neighborhood includes use of the marina (renovations and improvements on the way), with boat slips available for lease or purchase, and a day dock available to all homeowners.
I came away very impressed with everything Anchors Bend has to offer - great floorplans and location at a great price point – with 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath homes starting in the low 300k’s. To see currently available properties, follow this link:
