I work with visual presentations almost every day. I'm always on the prowl for innovative ways to deliver messages effectively. GoldMail is a product that you need to look at closely if you want to communicate with authority.
The presentation below was crafted (from scratch) using the free version of GoldMail. I didn't upload a previously prepared Powerpoint file. It represents my first experiment with the product and took roughly 30 minutes to complete. I'm now a believer. The presentation can be emailed to clients or seamlessly added to web-sites or blogs. GoldMail is downloaded to your computer with a thorough tutorial making it possible to immediately start making powerful slide shows. Best of all, you get to add your own voice to the slide show and control the transition of images to coincide with your spoken message.GoldMail offers a remarkable opportunity to connect with others in a big way.
Make sure your computer's speakers are turned on.
GoldMail offers a professional package with enhanced features for $10 a month.
For now, I'm going to continue toying with the free version which seems a nearly perfect tool without any use restrictions or expiration date.

Wow I can see so many uses for this! Some people send out prelisting packages. I can send out a prelisting email...I am going to have to look into this one.
I love that...and am definately going to play with it! You are definately running with the ball on this one!
I am thinking of inviting the principal at Horizon Settlement Services...an outfit I like to use...to join AR.I think I'll tempt him with a link to your non members only posts on the subject!
PS...I love the Maryland accent. My mother is from there and hearing it is so familiar..I believe I have a touch of it in some of my "learned" speech patterns too!
GoldMail is an incredible product. You could literally personalize your listing presentations to include demographics, graphs, school information, etc ... anything you want.
The fact that you can use your own voice to sell yourself equates to an opportunity with infinite value.
You'll love GoldMail. It's actually fun to use after you get a feel for the scope of its limitations. I almost like it as much as Powerpoint.
Let me know if I can do anything to entice your title company friends to join this site. It's an unparralled opportunity for title people to market themselves to viable sources of business. Send me an email if you want me to call anyone. It would be my pleasure.
Ed.... I can't keep up with all of the gadgets... lol But thanks for sharing this. I needed something easy to work with and if you can do it, I can do it. ;o) I think... lol thanks
I'm not using GoldMail as a substitute for Powerpoint, it's a different product with vastly different attributes. I like the fact that I can add my voice and email a personalized presentation to clients. I will continue to use Powerpoint when speaking to audiences.
I wish that I could agree with you concerning the threat of offshored title searches. The practice is a very big deal because it holds the potential of changing, in a detrimental way, the title industry forever. I've tried to walk away from the issue several times, but have stepped back into the ring because the practice is creating havoc nationwide.
Historically, title claims have been rare, but that's changing quickly. Claims are dramatically on the rise. I can tell you that a well trained searcher will sometimes question signatures on recorded documents and therefor reveal cases of forgery. I've had it happen in the past.
We're fortunate to now have a practicing title searcher on Active Rain. His name is Scott Perry and he's contributing in a big way. Talk to you soon.
