I just was checking for questions in the ActiveRain Group "Ask an Ambassador" for questions I needed to answer (I do this on Fridays) and I found one and it gave me an idea for my post today.
When newbies or oldies alike are on ActiveRain and they have a "how do I do that?" moment when they see perhaps a photo of a video in someone's blog post and they think, how cool... wish I knew how to add photos.... wish I knew how to add video.... I wonder what the difference between clicks and views is on my stats?
Well there is a great way to find this. The best thing about ActiveRain is that people are always writing tutorials here. It's been common from the very start. I learned how to make color in my posts prior to the button for colored fonts being added recently from a tutorial I read in 2008. I've always been thankful.
So how? What is the secret?
Yup, that's right it's as simple as using the search on ActiveRain.

This search doesn't just work to help you write better blog posts either, it's great for oh so much more than that. When I found ActiveRain in 2008 and joined I had a problem with a VA foreclosure and was looking for answers and I typed in the search and found answers. When I had my first short sale listings I typed in the ActiveRain search bar and found GREAT answers and help. Any real estate issue you might run up on, you can almost bet that SOMEONE before you has asked the question and written about possible solutions on ActiveRain. So use that searchbar. It's better than Google for real estate related questions and ActiveRain blog help. WAY WAY better.
