Yes, this is now. When we bought it for the investor a little less than a year ago, it was very different. We ended up gutting the whole unit and even had to replace the drywall on the walls to make them straight.
We did not have a GC, and learned what it means to deal with workers in Florida. But we had enough brain to bring in an excellent professional interior designer.
