It's been a busy week negotiating an offer since the house at 1527 Fenway Rd. was listed. That's right, it was only listed this past Monday and we're under contract now.
It's not surprising since I had the pleasure of listing one of the best homes on the market in Crofton. We're going to settle in June which is tight, but doable.
