Please, EVERYBODY - even the most cynical:

Lets laud and honor those brave soldiers who were and are willing to fight for us incredibly spoiled brats at home, and who are willing, under the worst and cruelest circumstances, to give the last full measure of devotion for freedom and democracy - their lives. 

My appreciation for them is boundless......
